"We use e-Com Manager for our website shopping cart and for distribution of orders. We have been using their services since July/Aug (2001).

As a publisher of the Environmental Health Perspectives journal, our orders consist of both print copies of our issues (over 30 years of issues) as well as individual articles which are downloaded to the customer in PDF format (numbered in the thousands). In addition, we handle the sales of NTP Reports (about 300 different reports).

As you can see, we have a very large inventory. e-Com Manager accepts orders from the customer via our website or from our internal staff via e-Com Manager's online internal ordering page. The system processes payment and then will prepare the order to be shipped from MarketLink Enterprises' fulfillment facility.

I believe we are their greatest challenge in the inventory category, and they have met our needs with enthusiasm, knowledge, and open-mindedness to our expectations.
