In
order to get up and running on e-Com Manager, 7 steps
must be completed, which are as follows:
1.
Fill out a "product listing" form. If you are
going to have us manage more than 20 products, you can
send us a spreadsheet instead of filling out the form.
The spreadsheet should list Product Name, Product Code,
Product Description, Sales Price of Product, and
Anticipated Qty that will be sent to us. Please fill out
this form before shipping any goods to us. If you
currently do not have Product Codes, we can provide them
for you.
2. Send your products to us.
Please be sure that a packing slip is included. We will
take an inventory of the products as we receive them,
however, we need to have the boxes clearly marked. You
should send the material to:

3. Set-up an account with
VeriSign. Unlike other commerce service providers,
we do not take a percentage of the sale of your goods.
The money from your sales are deposited directly into
your bank account. In order to accomplish this, you will
need to set up your own account with the online credit
card clearinghouse VeriSign. The online order form to
sign-up is located at
http://www.verisign.com/.
You
can also accept checks as a method of payment. If your
web customer elects to pay by check, the order will be
processed but will be put on hold until your accounting
department receives this check. Once the check is
received, you can go into the "Internal Sales" portal in
e-Com Manager and release the order to be
shipped.
4. Enable your site to work with
e-Com Manager. We have developed a simple method to
allow our customers to set-up their web ordering through
our system. Since e-Com Manager handles the order from
the "Buy" buttons off of your site, you will have to

5. The "Look and Feel". We try
our best to make the shopping cart have the same "look
and feel" as your site. We want the transition from your
site to our shopping cart to be as discrete as possible.
Therefore you will need to give us the
following: Background Color, Banner Graphic, Desired
Color of Shopping Cart Tables
6.
Shipping Methods. Lastly, we need to know what
options you want to give your customers to choose from
when selecting a shipping method. We ship using all the
major carriers (Fedex, USPS, UPS, Airborne), however,
it's best to keep this selection as simple as possible.
We suggest giving your web customers two courier options
such as UPS and USPS or Fedex and USPS. e-Com
Manager automatically calculates the shipping charges
for all the service levels (UPS Next Day, Two Day,
etc.).
7. Review and Sign our Service
agreement. All pricing and terms are included in
